The Halswell Hall is owned by the people of Halswell and maintained and operated by a committee made up of residents, interested people and business owners. New members are always welcome.

Regular Hall Hire $20/hour with $100 Bond

Regular Sunbeam Lounge hire $15/hour with $100 Bondd

Hall $60/hour with $500 Bond
Children's parties until 5:00pm $25/hour with $200 Bond ($500 bond for larger groups)

Community groups:
Hall $40/hour with $500 bond
Sunbeam Lounge $25/hour with $100 bond.

Halswell Hall is available for hire to community groups, schools, commercial operators, and individuals for a variety of activities from meetings and displays, to children's birthday parties, adult birthday parties, celebrations and weddings.
